1. Where is your size chart?
Our swimsuits are standard U.S. sizes. If you wear a size 2-6 you wear a size Small. If you wear a size 8-10, order a Medium. If you wear a size 12-14 order a Large.

3. Do you ship internationally?
YES! We ship everywhere.
4. Do you offer local pickup and drop-offs?
YES! Both options are available at checkout.

Shipping & Returns
1. Please allow 2-3 days after ordering for processing, and 3-5 business days for shipping. Express shipping, and same day delivery and pickup is available at checkout.
Do you accept Returns?
Absolutely! Our return policy is:
Regular priced items bought from Waves Swim will be accepted for refund (refunds process in 3-5 business days) or store credit within 5 days of the order being delivered. Sale items are non refundable. All merchandise must be received back in its original state. Items must not be worn, tried on, altered, damaged, and must be free of any stains, odors, or smells including body lotion and perfume. When returning items, please be sure to keep tracking numbers provided during shipping to prevent lost or stolen packages. Packages must be received for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payments, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable. All tags must be attached when returned.
2. What happens if my package gets lost?
In the event that your order gets lost en route, and USPS never marks it as delivered, we will replace your order. Thanks for shopping with us!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as 'Delivered'. We provide tracking as soon as the item ships. After USPS scans your order, that is proof that they've received it, and they are responsible for delivering the package to you. We cannot reroute, or control the time your package arrives after we place it in USPS's custody unfortunately. Sometimes your carrier may complete the delivery before you receive it. This happens often and we recommend waiting 2 business days to see if it arrives. When your order is marked 'Delivered', we assume you've received it and we cannot replace your order or refund you if it is marked 'delivered'. If it's marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, and you waited 2 business days, please call your local post office and ask them to investigate this matter. If they can't locate your order, please open a claim with USPS.
Where is my order? If you selected shipping(Standard, Express), please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Processing involves packing your order and taking it to the post office. If you place an order on Sunday, Sunday is not a processing or shipping day. Processing and shipping days are Monday-Friday, and holidays are excluded.
If you selected local pick up, please wait until you receive a pickup notification stating that your order is ready. Please do not place an online order, and arrive at our packing location on the same day. We must send you a pick up email which will include our pick up location.
